We believe good, affordable, supportive housing (a home) can change a life, a family, a block and a whole community.
We are redeveloping blighted and foreclosed residential properties, restoring them to productive use.
We’re bringing people of good faith and good will to the table in new ways in urban communities by creating affordable rentals as a responsible and responsive landlord and community partner. We plan to restore at least 60 foreclosed residential properties to usefulness by 2029.
